Omron FHV7H-M004-S06-R este o cameră inteligentă industrială din gama FHV7, destinată inspecțiilor vizuale rapide și aplicațiilor de trasabilitate pe suprafețe dificile.
Camera este echipată cu un senzor de 0.4 MP (640 × 480 px, global shutter) și un obiectiv standard 6 mm (S06, autofocus), oferind un câmp vizual larg, ideal pentru monitorizarea produselor de dimensiuni mari sau inspecții de ansamblu.
Iluminarea integrată LED roșu (Red) furnizează un contrast superior, reducând reflexiile și îmbunătățind vizibilitatea codurilor și marcajelor pe metal, plastic și suprafețe colorate. Acest lucru o face ideală pentru aplicații unde iluminarea standard albă nu este suficientă.
Prin interfețele EtherCAT, EtherNet/IP și PROFINET, FHV7H-M004-S06-R se integrează ușor în linii de producție automatizate, menținând o viteză de procesare de până la 60 fps.
